“ADI” was established in Spain for the first time in 1958 and its stamping activity began shortly thereafter.

By 2010 NUCAP acquired part of the Qualitor group creating NUCAP Vehicle Components in China and becomes 100% shareholder of NUCAP Europe and JOPE Europe.

NUCAP Europe and NUCAP Vehicle Components are acquired by ARTÁ CAPITAL and NUADI Group is established in 2019.

For the last 60 years, NUADI has been a major supplier of brake technologies and components to Aftermarket and OE Markets as well as the innovative engine behind future technologies.
